Today marks the launch of Another Word, an independent PR and digital communications agency. Myself (Lynda Redington) and a colleague Nichola Mughal are founding Directors and have built the agency around clients’ needs and finding the right communications solutions to complex business and brand challenges.

Reflecting the changing communications landscape, we have remodelled the traditional PR agency hierarchy, creating a new structure centred on client services. A central client services and project management team is supported by specialists that span media and copy, digital and social and content development. The entire process is supported by a unique planning process and a team of senior level creatives, a ‘creative collective’, that brings together a range of sector experience and media neutral skills to find the best possible client creative solutions.

Building on our own professional achievements, we want to deliver award winning strategic and creative work for organisations that value straightforward and honest advice and who want to work in partnership. Our goal is to work with small brands with big ambitions and big brands that recognise the value of great PR and digital consultancy whom we can help gain cut-through in this complex communications environment by telling stories that are designed to travel across owned and earned media.
